Hi-fi subwoofer for home use

Plan für Subwoofer
This small 61 x 30 x 27 (HxWxD) cm subwoofer was designed to produce, despite its size, good and deep base.

However, the design emphasis was more on clean than on deep bass reproduction That makes this subwoofer more suitable for high-end audio application than for home cinema. Frequenzgang

Due to the lack of extreme low bass, this subwoofer produces an extremely clean sound in living rooms. If more bass is required, low bass may be boosted by adjusting the subwoofer module to +3 or +6 dB.

Otherwise there are more adjustments possible using the passive radiator:
When more bass is required, weights are taken of the passive radiator or removed totally (factory setting). When a tighter bass is required weights have to be added to the passive radiator.

The kit contains:
- BassExciter BX 10, the powerful 10 inch driver
- BassExciter BXP 10 passive radiator
- Detonation DT 150, an amplifier with 150 Watt continuous
- Screws
- Cable
- Building instruction
