Configuration Subwoofer Modules DT 150 and DT 300

Both RCM modules DT 150 and DT 300 are state-of-the-art Class D amplifiers, usually found among higher price bracket amps. They are more efficient than conventional, analogue amplifiers. One reason why they don't get that hot. They are tough, produce a great sound and maybe used in hi-fi as well as in top PA systems. DT 300

That's how you connect the DT 150 / 300 modules:
- The drivers have to be connected to the wires on the rear side of the module
- module Your amplifier may be connected to the module as follows:
  a) subwoofer out of your amplifier to the RCA inputs (3) top left or
  b) pre-amp out of your amp to the two RCA inputs (3) top left or
  c) loudspeaker outputs of your amp to the four binding post (2)

If you wish you can remove all low frequencies from the satellites:
If your system is connected as described under
b) just connect the main amp to the sockets (3) right
c) connect your loudspeakers to the binding post (1)

Necessary adjustments:
- The volume of the sub in relation to your loudspeakers needs to be adjusted just once (4)
- In case the bass drivers are sensitive, please select soft limiting = on (5)
- The upper cut-off frequencies (6) may be chosen
- Should the sub's bass interfere with the sound coming from your loudspeakers, please adjust the phase (7) until the bass coming from the sub is the loudest

Advanced adjustments:

If you want to increase low bass or filter extremely low bass frequencies, this can be done beneath a tape on the front panel.

Here you'll find switches where you can adjust the frequency to 20, 25, 30, 35, 40 or 45 Hz by +3 dB or 6 dB and where you can do other adjustments.
