Excerpt of the review in Hobby HiFi 5/2007

"Bass with almost unlimited depth, astonishingly stable and bone dry: that's the performance of the Sub Zero already with Mivoc components. Thundering organ bass and powerful bass drum kicks seemed to be a piece of cake for this speaker. But even considering the punch and the dynamics there was still great attention to detail. That's how we expect a subwoofer to perform: tight, clear, full of dynamics and with unlimited depth. It took only a short while to convert the sub. Finally we had a 1000 Watt Sub Zero with P.Audio driver standing in our listening room. But we just couldn't believe that this version could add much more than we has already experienced with the Mivoc version. We were proven wrong. 8 times the power output means 9 dB more dynamics - ok, that should be an audible jump. But the effect of this jump was mind boggling. Additionally, the cut off frequency dropped from 25 to 15 Hz. This half an octave is surely not noticeable on most recordings, but there are a few that benefit from it: the O Zone Percussion Group (Manger Listening Test CD) and Kodo by Sheffield Lab with Far East drums several meters in diameter displayed a power and punch we had never experienced before."
