The synthetic Peerless horn from Denmark is suitable for PA use. Frequency
range is from 3 kHz, rated SPL is 99 dB.
In this kit the crossover frequency is 4 kHz

The kit comes with:
- drivers and electronic components
- a tin plated epoxy PCB

- a flared bass reflex tube TR 72 |
- cable for internal wiring

Hints for cabinet assembly:
- the cabinet should have a volume of 30-50 litres
- the cabinet should be made from heavy, sturdy wood (22 mm chipboard
or MDF boards)
- the cabinet should be rigid and airtight (with the exception of the
bass reflex tube)
- under no circumstances should tweeters and bass drivers be mixed up
- otherwise the drivers are beyond repair!
- the bass reflex tube should be shortened according to the the cabinet
volume (the shorter the tube, the boomier the bass)
- if the speaker is placed close to wall or corner, the reflex tube may
have double the length |
